Bon Voyage 2015, Bring It On 2016!!

As I sit here next to an open window on the 22nd of December, enjoying the spring-like temperatures, it's hard to believe it's the end of the year already.

It has been a fantastic year for The Music Guys. We brought Tanner Casey on board who has been a phenomenal addition to our staff. Our clients and their guests have adored him as he brought every party that he worked to a whole new level with his energetic approach to each party. His love for entertaining is infectious and results in overflowing dance floors, hugs and high fives from young and old. He inspires me to try and keep up with him and together we have taught each other so much about this craft.

We've also stepped up our game in the MC department thanks to Michael Walter of Elite Entertainment in New Jersey. Widely known in the Mobile DJ business as one of the best MCs in the country, we studied his methods and applied his knowledge to our own parties with breathtaking results. We also stepped up our interactivity levels with our clients' guests which has in turn given us a better rapport with the guests to the point where they were practically powerless in fighting the force of the dance floor (sorry ... my son's watching Star Wars while I write this and it's spilling over into the blog).

Regardless, we had a very fruitful 2015 and have already booked several dates in 2016 and after more than 30 years of business, we're definitely not getting older, we're getting better!
